Criteria/Who		Fully licensed and operational CRBs	Licensed but not fully operation	CRB Users and data providers, these include Banks, Ugandan related industry Associations International related associations or other organizations Government Agencies	A person, organization, that is in harmony with the goals and aspirations of CRBA and that agrees to provide financial or other support towards activities e.g Development Partners	A person who has made an exceptional contribution to CRBA.
