Stakeholder Convening on Blended Finance Facilities in Uganda
The CREDIT REFERENCE BUREAUS ASSOCIATION OF UGANDA (CRBA) was honoured to be hosted by Financial Sector Deepening Uganda (FSD Uganda)
for a stakeholder convening on Blended Finance Facilities in Uganda.
This important gathering brought together experts, implementers, and financiers to reflect on the catalytic role blended finance facilities play in advancing inclusive financial sector reform.
During the engagement, we explored the impact of the Mastercard Foundation’s MSE Recovery Fund, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development Youth Livelihood Program, Emyooga, and Parish Development Model, Bank of Uganda’s Agriculture Credit Facility and Small Business Recovery Fund, Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) Uganda’s GROW Initiative, United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)’s START Facility & Abi’s Lines of Credit, Guarantees, and Grants.
A huge thank you to FSDU for convening such a timely and impactful dialogue. The insights shared will go a long way in shaping more inclusive and effective financing solutions for Uganda.
